The apt-key part of the postinst script shouldn't be necessary anymore except *maybe* on buster and bionic, but since the new instructions specify where the key is installed in the `sources.list` file any derivative of Debian that supports specifying it in `sources.list` should no longer require apt-key or trusted.gpg or trusted.gpg.d anymore
