Hi, in case anyone interested, i2p(d) would build only a single inbound and single outbound tunnels from Turkmenistan in 30 minutes, after manually bootstraping from reseed.i2pgit.org. HTTP port did not open any base32 addresses, assumingly because these two tunnels were used only as exploratory (I tried to set tunnel.quantity=1 everywhere)
